MeetGuard
Mandatory training on Google Meet, with attendance guaranteed and documented.
In Italian workplace health and safety courses (Legislative Decree 81/08), attendance must be real and provable. MeetGuard opens the Google Meet lesson full screen and locks the rest of the computer until the trainer ends the session; every attempt to leave is logged.
What it does
Computer locked during the lesson
On Windows and macOS only the lesson stays available: shortcuts such as Alt+Tab and the Windows key are disabled and other monitors are blacked out.
On tablets too
On iPad and Android tablets MeetGuard opens the session and stops it if the participant switches to another app, logging the event.
Audit-ready log
Attendance, exits and violations go into a log that employers, training providers and joint bodies can review.
The trainer is in control
Participants join with a session code, and only the trainer can end the session from the console.
Privacy first
No access to files or browsing history: the server only receives name, email, session code and session events.
Ready for company PCs
An executable signed by Bitbuster S.r.l. that needs no administrator rights; allowlist details for IT on request.

- Session code from the trainer
