Your application by certified email goes out at the right moment, never an instant early.
In click days for training funds and public calls, arrival order is everything: a certified email (PEC) sent too early is excluded, one sent late loses places. Click Day PEC Sender prepares the submission, aligns with official time and sends the application right after the opening.
What it does
Official time
Aligns the clock with a reference NTP server, such as Italy's national metrology institute, and applies the offset.
Never before the start
Sending always happens after the opening time, with a margin adjustable to the millisecond.
Connection ready in advance
Connects and authenticates to the PEC mailbox ahead of time and keeps the connection alive: at the start, only the send is left.
Risk-free testing
A separate test address to check message and attachments: the test PEC never reaches the real recipient.
Message size
A preview of the message with the real attachment size, before arming the send.
Settings and log
Settings saved for each company and a full log of every submission.
